Gibeon meteorite is around 4 billion years old. 4 BILLION! It was first discovered in 1838 and was thought to have fallen in prehistoric times in Namibia. It's known for its alien aesthetic, with striations of nickel/iron composite.
The raw meteorite is surfaced on a mill, and the shavings are captured with a magnet to be inlaid into this unique band.
